Lisa joined us in January 2019. She graduated from Sheridan College in 2016 and is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians. While in school, she enjoyed her co-op placement at Milton Equine Hospital where she had the opportunity to assist with horse surgeries. After graduating she opted to work with the smaller fluffier feline and canine patients. Lisa spends most of her time behind the scenes in the lab processing samples such as blood or urine, or you may find her in the surgical suite administering anesthesia or safely monitoring pets through their surgical procedures.  She also takes blood samples, places IV catheters, and provides compassionate care to our hospitalized patients.  If you’re lucky, you’ll catch her at the front desk now and then!

Lisa grew up and worked in Burlington but since getting married to her husband, Josh, she has moved to the Grimsby area, and loves it here. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being near the lake, snowboarding, and playing piano. She is grateful to be a mom to a little boy, Jack.
