The Mutt Show

Don't miss the Annual Mutt Show next year!  

The 2009 event was Wednesday June 24th, and was a great success with over 60 dogs and owners participating.  Dogs of any breed or size were welcome to come out and participate. There were a great variety of categories which enabled most participants to leave with a prize of some sort. 
EVERYONE was welcome young or old, pet or no pet!  Each participating canine received a  Canada Day bandana and their owner received a goodie bag full of many treats donated by our various sponsors.
This was a fun family event and we had participants from children to grandparents, whether they participated or just sat back and watched the fun.

  The dogs were judged on 10 categories: 
*best dog trick by adult
*best dog trick by child
*longest tail
*curliest tail
*longest & shortest legs
*fastest wagging tail
*fluffiest coat
*most unique
*best look-a-like
*best dog in costume


There were 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes awarded for each category.  We had an excellent choice of prizes who were generously donated by several different companies:
